• Plan, develop and refine operating procedures and computerized systems for financial reporting.
• Monitor, review and document University financial transactions for compliance with accounting principles, University policies, federal circulars and IRS rules and regulations.
• Prepare and/or assist with preparation of many of the University's financial statements, annual audits, income tax return, revenue projections of University endowments and expenditure projections for special projects.
• Responsible for all post award financial management functions, including expenditure monitoring, financial reporting, grant close-out, and audit.
