Job Title: Granger Captain

Role Overview: Develop in hospitality excellence as a key leader on our team! Join us in overseeing our high-end clientele with heartfelt greetings and a drive to connect. As a Granger Captain, you play an integral role in ensuring a welcoming experience and leaving a lasting impression on our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee operations of the Granger (Bell & Valet) team.
2. Delegate tasks and manage the bell stand operations.
3. Perform duties including guest arrivals, departures, and ride requests.
4. Maintain knowledge of the resort and its operations to assist guests effectively.
5. Assist with Granger-related duties such as monthly reports and scheduling as needed.
6. Manage plans for large group arrivals and departures.
7. Organize and file paperwork related to guest vehicles and transactions.

Rate: $21/hr

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury Bell or Valet position.
2. Leadership experience preferred.
3. Proven safe driving record.
4. Professional communication skills.
5. Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor.
6. Ability to stand for extended periods.
7. Integrity and confidentiality due to access to private information.
8. Multitasking and organizational skills for managing multiple guests and vehicle locations.
