Job Description

Develop in the realm of hospitality excellence as a key leader on our Granger team! Join us in helping oversee our high-end clientele with a heartfelt greeting and a drive to connect. As a Granger Captain, you play an integral role in maintaining a welcoming experience, leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations of the Granger (Bell & Valet) team.
2. Delegate and assign tasks while managing the bell stand.
3. Perform Granger duties including arrivals, departures, and ride requests as needed.
4. Maintain knowledge of the resort and its operations to assist guests effectively.
5. Assist with Granger-related duties such as monthly reports, scheduling, and more, as directed by the AGSM.
6. Manage plans for large group arrivals and departures, acting as the point of contact.
7. Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and transactions.

Rate: $21/hr

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Bell or Valet position in a luxury environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Proven safe driver with a clean driving record.
• Professional communication skills.
• Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• High integrity and accountability due to access to private information.
• Multitasking skills to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Organizational skills to quickly locate vehicles and keys.
