Job summary

Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls seeks an Endoscopy Technician (CNA, CMA, CST) to join our team. You will assist physicians with endoscopic procedures, reprocess scopes, manage supplies, and support admit/recovery tasks as delegated. A team-oriented professional with current nursing assistant and BLS certifications is preferred.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work well under time pressure within a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current nursing assistant certification or equivalent in medical assisting or scrub tech.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience in endoscopy, including procedural assisting and disinfection/sterilization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the physician with endoscopic procedures and related testing according to the doctor's routine.
• Performs endoscope reprocessing and troubleshooting; cleans, maintains and orders supplies and equipment.

Job Summary

Assists the physician with endoscopic procedures and related testing according to the doctor's preferred routine. Performs endoscope reprocessing and troubleshooting; cleans, maintains and orders supplies and equipment. Admit/Recovery tasks as delegated. Qualifications

• Current nursing assistant certification or a degree/certification in medical assisting or scrub technician.

Experience

• Experience in endoscopy procedures including procedural assisting and disinfection/sterilization preferred.
