Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience supporting software development, application implementation, system integration, or workflow automation.
• Experience using Visio, draw.io, or other modeling tools.
• Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs.
• Understanding of SDLC practices and production support.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to document challenges, objectives, workflows, and tech needs.
• Develop business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Define scope, objectives, data needs, integrations, MVPs, and out-of-scope features.
• Participate in backlog refinement and releases planning.
• Analyze data sources, interfaces, and dependencies; verify solutions meet requirements.
• Support change management, user communication, training, and transition to production.
• Maintain documentation throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory considerations in designs.
