Qualifications

• Stenotype proficiency at 175 words per minute during appointment interview.

Responsibilities

• Take verbatim testimony for Grand Jury on a stenographic machine.
• Use Case Catalyst System with personal dictionary to produce transcripts quickly.
• Maintain accurate records and files of cases.
• Appear in court to testify to transcript accuracy when required.
• Transcribe audio files for ADAs for hearings and/or trials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
