Job summary

The City of New York’s Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County (BXDA) seeks an experienced Specialized TPA for the Grand Jury Unit. The role involves collaborating with external partners to set up data collection, developing internal data management systems, analyzing program impact, and preparing reports for review and federal submission.

You will create visual presentations for internal and external audiences while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in community work or related duties.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills; analytic and computer skills; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process Grand Jury indictments submissions.
• Verify information against case-tracking systems.
• Review forms and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate corrections to ADAs.
• Maintain records in portals and case-tracking systems.
• File indictments, dismissals, and prosecutors' informations.
• Review calendars and document Grand Jury votes.
• Manage IBNAs and arrest warrants.
• Distribute witness paperwork.
• Organize indictment folders and records.
• Interact professionally with staff regarding documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other related duties.
