Job summary

Heartland Co-Op in Farwell, TX is seeking a dedicated General Labor associate to receive, store, and distribute grain and other products within the location.

You will unload, clean, store and maintain grain quality; move grain, inspect bins, load shipments, and keep inventory records. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, physical stamina, and the ability to work outdoors with varying weather and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Unload, clean, store, and maintain grain received at the location.
• Move grain within location, inspect bins, and load grain for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse, location grounds and equipment to company standards.
• Assist with other location functions during slow times.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and other log books.
• Monitor temperature cables, bunkers, dryer output and related duties to ensure grain quality.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
