Responsibilities

• Direct inbound and outbound semi-truck traffic across the grain scale house.
• Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing grain loads and generate scale tickets.
• Probe grain loads, test moisture levels, and sample for quality metrics.
• Input ticket details, producer accounts, and weight metrics into the database with high accuracy.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and communicative relationship with local farmers, drivers, and team members.
• Adhere to all facility safety protocols and scale house operational standards.
