Job summary

Eurofins Grain Inspection is seeking a Grain Inspector to test and grade grain samples, record results, and support smooth laboratory operations. You will work in a temperature-controlled lab environment within an industrial facility, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USDA standards.

Qualifications

• Highest school diploma or GED required; related experience is a plus.
• 0–3 years in grain inspection or lab settings preferred.
• Comfort with computer-based records and USDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Test and grade grain samples for moisture, weight, foreign material, mycotoxins, and non-GMO traits.
• Record and communicate results to drivers, merchandisers, and farmers.
• Maintain sample flow and support grain operations in the lab.
• Serve as backup sampler/prober and complete related paperwork.
• Act as liaison between Eurofins, farmers, and grain companies.
• Keep lab safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on USDA grain standards and practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative, ethical team environment.
