Job summary

Eurofins Grain Inspection is hiring to support farmers and keep America’s food supply moving. You will test and grade grain samples for moisture, weight, foreign material, and other factors in a laboratory setting.

You will communicate results to truck drivers, merchandisers, and farmers, mentor new inspectors, and help maintain safety and compliance in our lab.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–3 years of related experience is a plus.
• Safety-minded in every task, protecting yourself and others.
• Customer-service oriented—assist farmers and clients with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Test and grade grain samples for moisture, weight, foreign material, mycotoxins, non-GMO traits, and more.
• Accurately record and communicate results to truck drivers, merchandisers, and farmers.
• Maintain sample flow through the lab and support smooth grain operations.
• Act as backup sampler/prober and handle related paperwork.
• Serve as liaison between Eurofins, farmers, and grain companies.
• Mentor new inspectors and share expertise.
• Keep the lab clean, safe, and compliant with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Suggest improvements to equipment and processes for efficiency.
• Stay updated on USDA grain standards and trends.
