Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Grain Products to own the product lifecycle and develop a strategic vision and roadmap to drive innovation for customers and growth in the GSI Grain business across North America.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales, manage end-to-end development, and travel overnight as needed, with a hybrid work model based out of Assumption, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience with full lifecycle ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight and work hands-on with customers and operations.
• Strong curiosity and drive to grow and improve across product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Develop strategic vision and roadmap for the NA Grain Products portfolio.
• Engage with customers, dealers and stakeholders to gather insights and synthesize feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, marketing and sales to align initiatives.
• Translate needs into clear product specifications and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Ensure launches comply with NPIP and transition products to production and market.
