Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Grain Plant Operator for a seasonal full-time role in Nebraska. You will load, unload, store, and move bulk commodities, operate machinery, inspect equipment, and assist with basic maintenance to keep grain flow safe and efficient in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Responsibilities include handling trucks, vessels, railcars, and ground piles, performing routine maintenance, delivering strong customer service and teamwork, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including in cold or warm environments, at heights from 4 to 150 feet, wearing PPE, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting.
• Prior production work experience is advantageous.
