Qualifications

• Meet physical requirements (standing, bending, climbing)
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in heat/cold conditions

Responsibilities

• Oversee grain receiving, storing, handling, drying, blending and loading
• Monitor grain quality and operate processing equipment with precision
• Maintain cleanliness of grain facilities and equipment; ensure safety
• Support Agronomy department during peak agronomy season
• Adhere to schedule and attend to overtime on weekends during peak periods
