Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Galt, IA is seeking a full-time Feed Mill Worker - Operator to join our team. The role runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with day shifts initially and potential night shifts as production grows.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a robust benefits package after a 30-day probation period, including a $1,500 sign-on bonus, health, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, clothing allowance, 401(k) with match, a pension plan, PTO, holiday pay, and CDL-paid

• Commitment to zero-injury culture and safety procedures.
• Experience in maintenance-related disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities
