Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee grain origination and trading activities at the Griggsville location.
• Execute commercial strategies to meet regional volume, margin, and profitability goals.
• Manage facility budgeting, forecasting, and new trading initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth and risk opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of merchandisers; foster accountability and high performance.
