Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee grain origination and trading activities at the location.
• Execute commercial strategies to meet regional volume and profitability goals.
• Manage facility budgeting, forecasting, and new trades.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth and risk opportunities.
• Lead and develop merchandisers; mentor for performance and safety.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager for safe, efficient facility operation.
• Negotiate contracts and build relationships with customers and producers.
