Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in New Johnsonville, Tennessee, seeks a Commercial Manager to oversee grain origination, trading, and business development for the location. • Bachelor’s degree at minimum; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in grain origination, commodity trading or related roles with leadership pace.
• Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communications, computer and public relations skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; P&L experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage grain origination and trading activities at the location.
• Execute commercial strategies to meet regional volume, margin and profitability goals.
• Manage facility financials including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth and risk mitigation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of merchandisers with clear objectives.
