Job summary

Top Ag Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee daily grain operations across multiple locations in Illinois. You will lead hourly staff in safe, efficient grain handling, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and rail/truck loading.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. You will coordinate operations outdoors and indoors, with seasonal overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on, outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly staff and uphold safety standards.
• Oversee grain inventory, quality, and maintenance of facilities/equipment.
• Coordinate rail loading and truck receiving operations.
• Train, develop, and manage hourly operations employees.
