Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Grain Operations Associate in Idaho to perform receiving, inspection, and storage duties across the grain operations workflow.

The role supports the movement and storage of grain and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include probing and weighing trucks, collecting samples, monitoring equipment, assisting with loading, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience required.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment and/or a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and inspection activities (probing trucks, weighing trucks, sampling).
• Monitor grain handling equipment; identify issues and escalate or perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Assist with loading grains on rail cars, trucks, vessels where applicable.
• Operate various types of mobile equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping (bin clean out) and maintain clean work areas.
