Job summary

Cargill is seeking a facility operator in the Ag & Trading enterprise to support receiving and shipping of grains and related products. You will perform basic equipment maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and engage with team members to support smooth operations.

This role requires physical work in various weather and industrial settings, with rotating shifts. Eligible candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Able to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Basic computer use and comfort with technology

Responsibilities

• Performing facility operations such as receiving and shipping products (fertilizer, chemicals, seed, grain)
• Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
• Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members
• Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned
