Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or ability to learn; good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the location manager.
• Scale/grade inbound/outbound grain trucks; assist with rail operations.
• Work with main office administrators to process work; maintain a clean, professional office.
• Flexibility to work with other locations and departments.
• Convey information clearly with customers and team members; report to location manager positively.
• Promote a safe work culture; follow safety policies and ensure co-workers do the same.
• Know emergency action plan and safety standards; strive to meet locational goals.
• Exhibit emotional intelligence and teamwork through collaboration.
