CHS Dakota Plains Ag in Kindred, ND seeks a full-time Operations Specialist to handle grain and agronomy tasks, loadouts, and routine maintenance. You will work hands-on, loading trucks and railcars, and preparing shipments while learning to obtain your CDL with supported training.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliability in a cooperative environment. Candidates should have basic forklift/loader experience and be able to lift 75 pounds, with willingness to work extended

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Experience in handling grain and agronomy operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and monitor process.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Deliver products to customer sites and interact with customers professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
