Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Grain Plant Operator to support seasonal grain handling operations. You will load, unload, store, and move bulk commodities, operate equipment, perform inspections, and assist with basic maintenance to keep grain flow safe and efficient.

This physically demanding role requires safety focus, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills; comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Willingness to work at heights from 4 to 150 feet, wearing PPE, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing/bending/twisting.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars, as well as managing grain piles.
• Maintaining and operating equipment to ensure continuous facility operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with team members.
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned, including working overtime, weekends, and holidays.
