Qualifications

• Experience with grain, feed, fertilizer, chemicals and/or farm supplies preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the cooperative.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load grain trucks.
• Fill anhydrous tanks and maintain anhydrous facilities.
• Load and unload fertilizer.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep areas clean.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Adhere to safety policies and company Core Values.
• Report to work on time and be available for overtime as needed.
