Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with customers or employees.
• Ability to perform basic math for measurements, weights, discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Drive fertilizer tender truck and unload/load grain trucks.
• Load feed and fill anhydrous tanks; maintain facilities.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep work areas clean.
• Provide a high level of customer service and teamwork.
• Adhere to safety policies and cooperative credit policy; overtime as needed.
