Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a reliable Grain Facility Operator to perform loading/unloading, grinding, and grain handling tasks at our South Dakota facility. You will work with a team to ensure smooth operations and maintain compliance with safety policies.

Responsibilities include handling trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, keeping grounds clean, and supporting grain processing and distribution activities while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Age 18 or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate loading/unloading of trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support grain processing and distribution operations.
