Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements.
• Ability to follow directions and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety program and pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to required locations.
• Perform rail car and truck handling duties as assigned.
• Complete daily documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
• Operate or assist with equipment as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
