Job summary

Woodall Grain Company in Manchester, TN is seeking a Grain Facility Operations II to support day-to-day grain operations, weigh trucks, grade grain, and assist with handling and storage. You will help maintain equipment and ensure safe, accurate commodity handling.

You will weigh inbound/outbound trucks, enter ticket data, and communicate with drivers while maintaining documentation in line with standards. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in agriculture or grain handling preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in dusty environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours during harvest and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Weigh inbound and outbound grain trucks on the scale.
• Enter and verify ticket data including weights and moisture.
• Communicate procedures with truck drivers.
• Maintain records in compliance with standards.
• Assist with receiving, drying, storing, and loading grain.
• Monitor grain quality including moisture and test weight.
• Operate conveyors, augers, dryers, and storage bins.
• Support general facility maintenance and safety.
• Load ships and coordinate shipments.
