MFA Incorporated is seeking a hands-on individual to oversee the operation and maintenance of our grain elevator in Missouri. You will inspect equipment, maintain grain in bins, and perform repairs while following company policies.

The role supports cross-training across Agri-Service areas and offers a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires physical ability to handle 50-100 lb loads and overtime as needed, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability to operate and maintain grain elevator equipment.
• Forklift experience is preferred to move grain and supplies.
• Agricultural background is helpful for understanding processes.
• Physical ability to maneuver 50-100 pounds and climb as needed.
• Work may require overtime, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the grain elevator.
• Maintain grain inside the bins in proper condition.
• Inspect and maintain all elevator equipment and perform repairs as needed.
• Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with company policies.
• Support cross-training and growth within Agri-Service areas.
