Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Laddonia, MO, is seeking an Elevator Operator to oversee the grain elevator's operation and maintenance. You will ensure grain is stored correctly, inspect and repair equipment, and perform repairs per policy.

This role supports growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas and requires overtime including weekends. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package with health, dental and vision insurance, a 401k with company match, PTO from day one, and holiday pay

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and agricultural background preferred.
• Forklift experience is helpful.
• Ability to maneuver 50-100 pounds safely.
• Comfort with heights, stairs and ladders.
• Overtime may be required, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of the grain elevator.
• Maintain grain inside bins in proper condition.
• Inspect and maintain elevator equipment and perform repairs.
• Follow company policies in all duties.
