Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a grain elevator operator to oversee daily operation and maintenance of the facility. You will inspect equipment, perform repairs, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and safety standards.

The role supports growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas and requires availability for overtime and weekend work. Join MFA and contribute to serving farmers and ranchers with reliable, safe grain handling.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or background with farm equipment.
• Forklift operation experience desirable.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of the grain elevator.
• Inspect equipment and perform repairs as needed.
• Ensure all work follows company policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities:

This person will be expected to oversee the operation and maintenance of the grain elevator. This includes maintaining grain inside the bins in proper condition, inspecting and maintaining all elevator equipment, and making repairs. All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability (helpful)
• Forklift experience (helpful)
• Agricultural background (helpful)
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• Comfortable with heights, stairs, and ladders
• High School Diploma or a GED equivalent
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
