• Weigh out outbound trucks and accurately record information where applicable.
• Perform tests required for grading specific grains, where applicable.
• Record grades, splits, weights, and other details.
• Direct trucks to the appropriate location and ensure proper documentation.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
