Job summary

Columbia Grain International, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to record data on receiving, storing, and shipping grain at our WA elevators. You will work with a team to reach goals while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include weighing grain, sampling, operating conveyors and pumps, and preparing rail cars. The role requires forklift experience, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work with computer systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer literacy and mechanical skills.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and control grain flow.
• Weigh grain accurately and print/record scale tickets.
• Take samples of loaded and unloaded grain.
• Maintain charts of location and contents for storage tanks and bins.
• Prepare rail car for loading and use safety harness when climbing.
• Operate forklift and assist with routine maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety policies.
