Responsibilities

• Dumps grain and loads trucks; cleans up grain spills.
• Inspects grain for insects, moisture, and foreign material while unloading.
• Reads temperature cables on control panel to monitor storage temperatures.
• Starts conveyors, selects flow pipes, and uses storage tanks to convey grain.
• Performs routine maintenance and repair on elevator equipment.
• Assists with inventory controls as directed.
• Maintains clean facilities and follows safety regulations and reporting requirements.
