Bunge Iberica SA seeks an Elevator Operator in Morristown, IN to manage the grain elevator operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling and storage of grain products. You will support loading and unloading processes, monitor equipment, and maintain accurate records daily.

The role requires basic communication skills, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to lead others when needed. Shift runs 8.5 hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm, with opportunities to advance within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring grain for truck and rail.
• Operate and monitor grain handling equipment (grain dryer, control room, bin sweeps, locomotives).
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair.
• Perform grain receiving, weighing, and grading duties and help with unloading/loading of trucks and rail.
• Record all applicable documentation.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
