Bartlett Co. in St Joseph, MO is seeking a Grain Elevator Operator for 1st shift, 6:30am to 3pm, M-F, with ample overtime including weekends. You will handle grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading, while monitoring grain condition and keeping facilities clean and safe for all Team Members.

This hands-on role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, English literacy, and availability for overtime. A background check is required.

Formación

• Must read, write, understand and follow written/verbal instructions in English.
• Available for overtime and weekends.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading.
• Monitor stored grain condition and maintain clean, safe facilities.
• Cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks on the grain elevator.
