Job summary

Agwrx Cooperative Elevator in Watertown, SD seeks a full-time Operations-focused teammate to assist with grain and agronomy operations. Based out of Watertown with potential travel to Garden City, Henry, Webster, Toronto, and Clark, this role handles day-to-day operations and loading/unloading trucks.

You will work 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with overtime, and must be able to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, grade grain, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to engage with customers and work well in a team environment.
• Lifting 50 lbs – 75 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all operations in grain and/or agronomy.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations.
• Efficiently load and unload semi-trucks.
• Grading grain samples.
• Grain handling including drying, segregating, filling/reclaiming of ground piles, transferring and blending grain.
• Equipment maintenance.
• Perform duties safely within company policies and regulations.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment during harvest.
• Be part of the team that loads grain trains.
• Be willing to travel to other facilities to support those operations teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Agwrx Cooperative Elevator is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full time Operations focused person to join the Agwrx team. This position will focus on assisting with all operations in grain and/or agronomy. This person will be responsible for day to day operations. This position will be based out of Watertown, SD or one of the following locations: Garden City, SD; Henry, SD; Webster, SD; Toronto, SD; Clark, SD.

Compensation: $20.00- $25.00 /hour DOE, plus benefits

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (overtime will be required)
