Job summary

Ag Valley Co-Op is seeking a material handler to receive, locate, and transfer materials with accuracy and timeliness. You will load/unload materials from trucks, loaders, and conveyors, and move items to designated areas using proper tools. A safe, clean work environment and participation in quality improvements are expected.

Drug screen will be required upon job offer. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to follow directions with good communication skills.

Primary Duties:

• Receives, locates, and transfers materials accurately and in a timely manner.
• Loads and unloads materials onto and from a variety of containers including but not limited to trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish task.
• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Education/Experience
