Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks inbound and outbound.
• Grade grain to apply appropriate discounts.
• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and completing forms.
• Field customer questions and complaints.
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems.
• Operate office equipment including copiers and personal computers.
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
