Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking a hands-on grain conditioning worker to operate and monitor conditioning equipment, regulate moisture, and ensure quality standards on the farm in Missouri. You will load hoppers, feed machines, weigh crops, and sort products by grade while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, using forklifts and hand tools, assisting with truck transport when required, and recording weights and crop information.

Qualifications

• 5 months of recent, verifiable farm labor experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to operate grain handling equipment and conveyors.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor grain conditioning equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Load hoppers and feed machines using forklifts and manual tools.
• Weigh crops and record weights and identifying information.
• Grade and sort products, discard inferior items.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety protocols.
• Unload materials and transport grain using semi-trucks as needed.
