H2ajobs seeks a diligent Packer/Packager to sort products by color, size and quality and to load and feed machines for efficient operation. You will monitor grain conditioning equipment, weigh containers, and ensure accurate grading while maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities include loading and delivering to market, keeping work areas clean, and assisting with basic farm maintenance. The role requires English proficiency and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 months of experience in packing or related tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license after hire and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Sort products by color, species, size, appearance, feel, smell and quality to ensure proper processing.
• Operate and monitor grain conditioning equipment for safety and quality.
• Load hoppers and feed machines using forklifts and hand tools.
• Weigh containers and record weights and other identifiers.
• Place products in containers by grade and monitor moisture and grades.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist with loading and delivering to market and manage basic farm maintenance tasks.
