Job summary

Dakota Mill & Grain, Inc. is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver to support our grain operations in South Dakota. You will drive a Class A vehicle, ensure safe loading and transport, and maintain accurate delivery records.

The role includes handling inspections and assisting in the warehouse during non-driving periods. The position requires a valid Class A CDL, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work extended hours during peak harvest seasons.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in good standing with no recent major violations.
• Strong safety awareness and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle to transport grain and agricultural products.
• Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading of goods.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain delivery records and fuel usage data.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in warehouse and grain elevator when not driving.
