Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an entry-level shore-side worker in Iowa to perform barge loading, grain handling, and related duties. You will participate in safety programs, follow regulations, and help maintain grain quality while meeting drafts and delivery specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in industrial environment preferred.
• Basic math and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily safety program and pre-shift meetings.
• Follow OSHA and ISO safety and environmental regulations; wear PPE.
• Perform shore-side barge loading and related duties to meet drafts.
• Transfer and move grain to storage locations and maintain grain quality.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• General housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Operate heavy equipment or assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
