Job summary

Heritage Cooperative is seeking a Grain Associate to support grain handling operations in the Springfield, OH area, near Piqua, Troy, and Tipp City. You will assist with loading, receiving, and maintaining equipment while delivering friendly service to growers and customers.

This role requires stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varied weather. A positive attitude, strong organization, and basic mechanical skills are essential to

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
