Five Star Cooperative seeks an operations specialist to support grain and agronomy facilities. You will receive grain, maintain conditions, measure inventories, and operate equipment such as forklifts and loaders.

The role includes assisting in various tasks across locations and departments to optimize efficiency and service. The candidate should have a high school diploma, fluent English, strong communication, and basic computer skills in Word and Excel.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer skills required – proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good customer service skills and approach necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain grain quality and monitor grain conditions.
• Operate forklift and other equipment to move grain and fertilizer.
• Receive and inventory grain and agronomy products.
• Load and unload fertilizer and chemical products.
• Communicate with customers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
