Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to achieve student graduation.
• Identify barriers and solutions.
• Attend to attendance interventions and transportation issues.
• Monitor student academic progress weekly and develop interventions.
• Ensure student attendance at required tests and coordinate with school counselor and testing coordinator.
• Coordinate graduation ceremonies with Student Services staff.
• Develop strategies for dropout recovery in collaboration with feeder high schools.
• Lead post-secondary planning interviews and record in Infinite Campus.
• Provide outreach to parents/guardians and community organizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Director.
