Regency Integrated Health Services in Laredo, TX, is seeking a PRN Graduate Nurse to support the RN team in delivering quality resident care. Under supervision, you will help assess residents, administer medications, and participate in care planning to promote residents' physical and psychological well-being.
This role requires completion of an RN program and progress toward Texas RN licensure; prior SNF experience is preferred. The position offers flexible hours to fit staffing needs.

The GN Graduate Nurse, under the supervision of an RN, will assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care.
Has completed a RN program at an accredited vocational school or college.
Must be working toward testing for a Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring, standing, sitting, walking, speaking, driving, balancing and climbing, stooping/kneeling, crouching/crawling, reaching, hearing, seeing, and turning/movement. The employee must be able to meet these requirements as needed to perform the essential functions of the job.
