Job summary

Millersville University is seeking a part-time Graduate Assistant for the Office of Learning Services - Tutoring. The GA will support the Director in overseeing tutoring programs, coordinate group tutoring, and help train student workers/tutors on campus.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Millersville University graduate program with availability weekdays 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Preference given to students in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Millersville University graduate program.
• Must maintain minimum 3 credits in Fall and Spring.
• On-campus availability weekdays 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Preference for School Psychology or Clinical Psychology students.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing tutoring services and coordinate group tutoring.
• Train student workers and tutors.
• Manage communications with university departments and maintain records.
• Prepare statistical reports on tutoring requests and surveys.
• Advertise tutoring services across campus.
• Provide ADHD and Learning Disability screenings and coaching.
