Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Preferred: EIT exam completed or able to take within 12 months.
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or memberships.
• Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Proficient communication and presentation to engage clients and colleagues.
• Resilient, growth-oriented mindset with stakeholder relationship skills.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
